Contractors invited to tender

Dodderhill Parish Council is planning to enhance the Wychbold Park access arrangements and improve the park’s natural environment.

Some of the things we hope to do are to:

• firm up and widen the existing pathways and add new ones
• support everyone’s enjoyment of outdoor exercise
• improve the car park by separating pedestrians and cars
• clearly mark out parking bays
• upgrade the old play area and turn it into a sensory garden
• encourage wildlife corridors and better manage the hedgerows
• plant a mix of new orchard trees
• enhance the community allotment plot.

To this end we have prepared a tender document (see attached) for contractors to consider and submit their best quotes.
